Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within:
- United Kingdom: 7–15 working days
- Europe, USA and Canada: 8–20 working days
Your items may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer, for example during busy periods or because of customs or courier delays.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.
Customs and import charges
Orders to the UK don’t have any extra charges to pay on delivery. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or late orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 working days of dispatch, email us at hunterscaled@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll investigate. If it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
