Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. It can take a few days for tracking to start updating.
Why might my items arrive separately?
Our products come from different makers, so orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel. Your tracking emails will show each one.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return, and if you're in the UK you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Email us with your order number to start. See our Refund policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and usually you won't need to send anything back.
Do building block sets come with instructions?
Yes. Depending on the set, instructions are either printed in the box or digital (a PDF or QR code). Each product page tells you which. Our brick sets contain small parts and are recommended for ages 14+.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Once an order has been dispatched we can't change it, but you can still return it.
